Another participant in the solidarity walk for Rep. Babajimi Benson, the representative of Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Mr Ayoyinka Adebola Ogbe has described his participation and support for the federal lawmaker to continue to represent Ikorodu Division in whatever capacity, as a just cause.
Mr Ogbe, who is an aspirant for the Ikorodu Constituency I seat, was among the campaigners that marched in support of continuous representation of Rep. Babajimi Benson in whatever capacity at the weekend. Hundreds of youths in Ikorodu took to the street to show their support for the quality representation of the lawmaker asking him to declare for any position of choice and that he would get their full support.

The walk tagged, “Hon. JB Solidarity Walk”, was organised by political office holders under the aegis of the Lagos State Supervisors and Special Advisers, Ikorodu Division Forum (LSSIKDF).
“It’s imperative that one shows solidarity for the cause because it’s what we demand from our representatives: to be performance – based; to have a clearer vision and a loud voice, which he has been doing with great effects on Ikorodu Federal Constituency. I am happy to identify with him.

“The landmark effect of his performance is one thing and his character is another thing. When we marry the two together, one can only support a just cause and due to the rumours going around, I think I’ll identify with him based on his performance so far, his deliveries and the empowerment he has been doing over the time,” Ogbe stated.
The Assembly aspirant also said that Rep. Benson still have so much to give to his people and prayed for a fulfilling political future for him.

“I’ll implore him not to rest because he can still do more. He has the power, the energy and has shown that capacity for good performance and I can only pray for more energy, grace and for a greater future for him,” Ogbe said.
